Chakras

Chakra literally means wheel in Sanskrit and chakras are centers of vital energy in our energy or astral body. There are seven chakras and they are responsible for balance at all levels of being. These chakras in the body begin from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Our mind is on overload dealing with past experiences and traumas, present day situations and then there is the fear of the future. This restlessness and constant state of flux blocks the flow of energy in the chakras. This manifests in physical, emotional and mental imbalance.
