20 Hours Meditation Teacher Training Level  I 

 SUNDAYS 1-5 pm at Inner Glow Yoga, Mashpee

April 14th,  June 9th, Sept. 15th and Oct. 20th

With Tina Gurupashna Vaughn, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Certified Meditation Instructor, YACEP, Faculty Member Namah Shivaya International School of Yoga. This 20-hour training is open to and perfect for everyone – Yoga Practitioners, Yoga Teachers, Therapists, or for your own personal development.

CEU Eligible for Yoga Alliance registered practitioners.   

 Make up hours will be offered for missed days

Through a process of practical wisdom of meditation, guided meditations, journaling and sharing you will learn to:

  • Receive  and practice effective Meditation teaching techniques

  • Follow a Meditation practice
  • Harness the power of positive thinking

  • Guide yourself and others to overcome stress and anxiety
