NAMAH SHIVAYA KIRTAN

When:                  Saturday March 11th,  6:30 -8:00 pm

 Class Fee:           $12 or your use your yoga class pass

Kirtan  (live music) is an ancient tradition of call and response chanting of sacred Sanskrit mantras.  Tina Gurupashna Vaughn  will lead the chants accompanied by amazing percussionist, Beth Ellicott and lead responder Sunita Aggarwal  Let us gather together as a community and share the sacred sounds.We will open with a GUIDED MEDITATION
